Cultural Contracts
This area of work involves protocol arrangements between CityArts and the community development sector, within which new models of sustainable, local-based arts provision can be developed and resourced on a collaborative basis.
The initail pilot phase 2003-06, was developed in Fatima Mansions in Dublin's south west inner city and a new five year protocol is now in place for 2007-12, following detailed negotiation and planning by CityArts and Fatima Groups United.
This new approach to arts development was featured in the International Journal of Arts and Society and the A Local Imagine Nation prospectus.
